Every single day, hundreds of millions of people read articles on several themes and books on a wide array of topics. The question arises; does writing and reading make any gap in your mind?

Reading and writing have some ability to change our thinking and our attitude towards life. It can alter our behavior change programs. The first fundamental skill we must know is that of optimism. Optimism is a positive method of believing that looks at things from a constructive outlook, once you’re positive your confidence grows, when you are convinced your attitude is more positive, and you also find a great deal of opportunities on the horizon.

People with a positive outlook usually go to the second level. That is good because once you get a positive outlook you might be more motivated to move ahead. On the other hand, it’s bad because with an adverse prognosis contributes to pessimism. You find yourself thinking only of the bad things in life and you do not see any chance to improve your life.

The 2nd skill we must grow is really a little known aspect of behavioural psychology named cognitive biases. Once you’re caught by a bias, you automatically think a certain method. This could be a thing that happened in the office or even a specific situation at home, however, you automatically think in this direction.

So, in case you write and read, you’re more likely to go to another level in your life and being optimistic isn’t really a problem when you read and write. But if you write and read pessimistically, then you’re much more likely to believe that you’re likely to go backward. With a small amount of practice you’ll be able to teach your self to be optimistic.
